Regen-Arrow is focused on mixed-use developments with residential housing a priority asset-class in supporting the growth of housing and social levelling up in East London.

We aim to deliver 3-4 development concept schemes over the next 5 years with a minimum of 20 homes per scheme in the East of London. Our plans will be adapted to reflect the applicable localised Master Planning agenda as we move from strategic concepts to outline delivery.

Our first Scheme will be known as ‘The Entry’ and will epitomise the RA Concept – See ‘The RA Collection’.

We are in the process of identifying noteworthy investment partners as well as strategic delivery partners based on a fully stress-tested industry standard real estate Cost Model.
