RA Collection
The RA Concept is simple – to build and manage ‘The RA Collection’ of mixed-use developments comprising 3 to 4 development schemes, primarily across the East London skyline over the next 5/6 years.
Our developments will cater to young-families with leisure spaces and essential amenities that promote healthy living and active family lifestyles.
Our Development Concepts are well defined – See below but will be adapted to the necessary local Master Planning Agenda and delivered to RICS and RIBA development management best practice standards.
Our developments have 3 primary USPs:
- First in class: We will create generational prosperity for our homeowners by making them direct beneficiaries in the development’s ROI once all first and second charge investments are settled.
- RA Essentials: Each development will have a set of unparalleled but standard set of amenities to ensure our home owners have the key essentials for modern living featuring: state of the art gym, dedicated play-area, development network/games lounge, and café and/or a small-medium convenience metro store.
- RA Core Amenity: A optional and more unique singular amenity that is sharable across our Developments. Such an amenity will be annexed to each scheme but separate to ensure privacy of the main living quarters. Core amenity examples are: Working from Home Spaces, Artisan Cinema, Sports facilities e.g. Indoor Basketball or Tennis Court, and bigger children play-spaces or a nursery.
Our mission is to become the family-focused SME developer of choice in East London in the next 5 to 6 years by contributing to the regeneration of East London primarily, and London as a whole by extension.
